By folding paper and cutting it you can quickly make beautiful looking snowflakes.
Make the biggest one you can, or the tiniest, or the most detailed, or the most quantity: and hang them from your roof. Look up some magnified photos of real snowflakes for inspiration and admiration for our creator.
To make a Paper snowflake: Start with a square piece of paper and fold in half diagonally. Then fold in half again, and as many times as you like for the detail you're after (experiment). Then cut the pointy "top" off at an angle and make cuts into the sides of the wedge and unfold when you're done.
